Da Kine is back

Hi there folks!!! Back after a few month hiatus!!! Maybe Tom won't be so lonely now???

Sunday, March 19, 2006

I told Tom that my blog still works!

So it has been awhile. My bad.
Not much new from Mikeland. I got a new shirt and hoody from Vegas.
Thanks mama.

Mom went with her new family to Vegas on a NASCAR vacation.
What a fuckin' waste of time.

Winter term is almost done, that's phat as shit. I'm getting bored with school.
I think i'll do better this term than I did last term.

St. Patricks Day was a mess. I got called in to work 3 hours early.
The reason for that? Another co-worker got all spun-out and called in sick for 3 days.
Then I got wasted after work. 2/3's of a pitcher of Frogs Wort, 1 Beamish, 1 Kilt-lifter,
and I spilt 2 pitcher of Oly at Tiny Tavern. It's only $3.50 a pitcher, and it's Oly, hell-fuck-yeah. Then one bite of an Extreme Sausage Sand from Jack In The Box and I went home and puked. It was the first time in a few years that I've puked because of drinking.

So that's my life right now, kinda the same with a little new shit involved.

Note to Portlanders: I may have time to come visit over spring break, but only on March26th, 27th and 28th. Which is a Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Any takers?

Good roomies can be hard to come by.

As I get older and older, I realize that I have lived with many different peoples. I've lived with married people, my mom, some friends, a stranger or two, some couples and my mom again.

Momz house is pretty fat because it's nice and clean and she always has food.

Living with married people was kind of ehh. They fought alot, but their partys were always the best. I guess that you do make some sacrifices in marrige, but the abitity to party shouldn't be one of them.

My frosh year of college I went to live in the dorms at Western Oregon. I made it one term in that town, but my roomie was a trip. He talked about how his brother was in some psychoschool for psychotic behavior. One night, "Rustin" mt roomie went out and had a few beers. He kinda tripped out and started seinging a bat in our tiny dormroom. But I just kept bring people in to our room, so as to make him paranoid, I even invited our RA too.

Living with friends can be a real quick thing. The first time I moved out from Momz, I was gone for 2 months. It was during the hottest summer and my friend Ian was f-ing this big girl with big boobies. But the floors were hardwood and there was a draft which made the entire house
stink like musty sex. It sucks not having air-conditioning like Momz does.

When I moved in with people that I worked with it was fun. All we really did was get f'd up and talk shit about how lame work was. Too many late nights are a killer though. I don't like people enough to want to see them every night.

I live with my friend and his kid(part time). It's pretty cool, but kids make lots of noise early in the morn and that takes a bit to get use to. It's kinda cool to be an adult figure in a childs life, it's just hard when you can't beat them because they aren't yours. Just kidding!!!

I like having someone to chat with so I don't really want to live alone. But living with one person is much better than having cancer, or living with 2 people.

Love, Miguel

M. J. Fox is the best Canadian

Because I'm a big fan of TV, I love watching old movies. AMC can be one of the best channels on if they would declassify Steven Segal's "Above the Law," as a "classic." I don't even want to get more sidetracked thinking about him, so back to M. J. Fox. "For Love or Money" is on AMC today. If you haven't seen it, you are truly missing out on a cinematic masterpiece. Because of M.J. Fox's stupendous performance, I wanted to work in the hotel industry for about 2 weeks during the summer of 1999.

But I don't want anyone thinking that M.J. Fox only made the "Back to the Future" trilogy and "Teen Wolf." "The Secret of my Success" had me thinking Wall Street for about 2 years in middle school, there was incest in that movie if anyone forgot.

Sure, there have been many great/influencial people matriculate to the US from Canada. Names such as; Jim Carrey, Pam Anderson-Lee-Rock, Dan Akroid, Neil Young, Alanyis Morisette, and some of the terrorists from 9/11. I've never been(bean, in Canada) to Canada, but am quite anxious to go. With all these people, some great and some assholes, Canada has much to offer. I can prolly smoke some herb there too, legally, so that's pretty rad.

So thanks M.J. Fox. Your impact on American film has greatly impacted my life as well. Don't do a movie aboot parkinsons, I will only get confused.

Death, Taxes, and the end of 2005

I know that I havebeen absent from blogland for a few months now. In that time I have loved, lost, and much in between. 2005, my year in review(after August)

My friend Paul got cancer in July, he lasted a few months and died at the end of November, I will really miss him a lot.

My homeboy Tommy and his girl Khara moved to Hawaii. I hope they hate it after a year or two and come back to me.

I met the lovely staci. She fell in love with me from first sight and her husband asked me to pund her while he watched. But I didn't.

My friend who went to rehab is out. I've visited with him a few times and im still not very sure why he went. He says that he was in a "poor mental state." We had some beers and smoked a bit, hopefully those weren't his problems. He works at Starbucks in Portland now.

I moved to Corvallis in September with Jordan. We're finnishing school at OSU. My first term was pretty shitty, but I passed. Next term is gonna be more focused on my part.

One of my teachers from high school died on Christmas day. I guess that only a few people i knew died this year, but the two mentioned were very special people to me and so mnay others.

But there was one thing that made this year receive a passing grade in my book.

I'm an uncle now. I have a beautiful niece named Avery. She has a big personality, I guess she takes after her uncle. Now when I have sex I can call the girl an unclefucker, and that makes it all worthwhile.

This blog kinda has a change of tone over my other blogs a few months ago. It's kinda like the last few seasons of Roseanne when she got all serious, but don't worry, 2006 is gonna be the most memorable year on record.

Love to all and a Happy New Year,
Michael E. D I

2005(final grade): C-, thanks to Avery

Blogger doesn't suck so bad now.

In mid August I tried to get on to my blog to give you people a little fodder. But it seemed that my blog was closed down. Well in some odd twist of fate, it works again. This is gonna be a short one today, because i'm in such awe that it works again. But i'm back, again. Look for me in the coming days. Love to all
MikeD.

Visitation rights

So I'm back now. Maybe not quite on a full-time basis for another month or so, but back none the less.

So since I've been gone people have been doin' all kind of crazy shit: 3-ways, people in jail, divorces, people threatening to kill unborn babies, the fire chief from Oakridge died in a kayak accident, went swimming at the north fork, got a wicked bad sunburn, had sex with an ex-girlfriend, got a call from another ex who I think wants to do some sexin', one friend went to rehab. The coolest thing is that I may get this apartment that is about 200 yards across the street from Reser stadium, I can run home to take a shit during halftime.

So that has been my summer to date. Some up's some downs, but I might get to meet staci on my trip to P-town, so all could be made better.

Love in his name,
Michael E. D. I

Name-dropping is a privilage for friends

Summer is here, today is the day. So this is my day off. My Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the laypersons Saturday and Sunday. It's kinda nice because I only have a few friends that share the same schedule, so I can just chill.

This incident with name-dropping happened a few weeks ago, but I decided to let the waters settle before attacking the subject in blogland.

So for those of you that are unfortunate enough to know Logan, this story may not come as a suprise to you. Logan is a smelly piece of shit that always seems to hang around. Being the nice person that I am, I tolerate him when he is in my presence. He is stupid and thinks that he is some sort of "G" or something because he went to jail in Ohio or something. Bottom line, pure white trash in it's simplist form.

Two Sunday's ago, he called my work and asked for me, I was not in the restaurant so he then made an order for delivery to his house. After the kid who was working told him how much his order would be, Logan said that I was his friend and that I always give him discounts.
The real boner of this whole thing is that he was talking to the owners grandson, who actually gave him a discount. Jesse, the grandson, then calls me on my cell and says that my "friend" called and asked for a discount, etc. So I got back to work and called him and said that he can't call my work and say he knows me in exchange for discounts. But this is the part that really bugged me. Not so much that he called my work and not me to see if he could get some kind of discount, not even the fact that he said he gets discounts all the time from me bugged me as much as him name-dropping me as his friend. Logan is a worthless individual and society would be better off if he was gone.

I think that for this years end of the summer BBQ, I will box him. The undercard will be announced later.
A K.O. is gonna occur. Then I'll get wasted and fight him again, because my God hates name-droppers.

Dwelling in the House of the Lord Froever,

Mike "the bigfatpartyanimal" vs Logan "the name-dropper" Summer 2005
